Our Ice Rink is Coming!
Get Ready for Winter Magic from Friday 15th November to Sunday 5th January.
Whether you’re a seasoned skater or stepping onto the ice for the very first time, we have something for everyone. Families, friends, couples, and groups are all welcome to join in the festive fun!

Skating for All Ages and Abilities: Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skater, The Rec Rink provides a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.
Group Skating: Are you looking to do something a bit different with your activity group, school, sports team or colleagues? Then look no further! We offer group booking discounts, so please get in touch to find out more!
Festive Treats & Warm Beverages: After a few laps around the ice, warm up with a selection of seasonal delights. Sip on mulled wine, enjoy a hot toddy, or indulge in our signature hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. You can also explore a range of delicious food stalls serving festive snacks to complete your winter wonderland experience.
Where is the Ice Rink?
Right here at The Rec Rink! We have managed to secure slightly longer at our current premises!
Parking: As you probably know parking is extremely limited outside the Rink so please factor to this in to your journey time. We would strongly suggest looking at other car parks in Horsham town centre, most car parks are no longer than a five minute walk. Find out more information here.
Opening Times
We open on Friday 15th November and will be open throughout the Christmas period.
Rink Opening Times:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Special session times vary (keep an eye on social media for further announcements ).
What to wear
We recommend dressing warmly in layers. Gloves and socks are mandatory, and it's always a good idea to bring a change of clothes for little ones. We will have gloves available to purchase if you forget yours.
Spectator Space: Not skating? No problem! We’ve got plenty of room for spectators to watch the fun and soak in the festive atmosphere. You'll still need to dress warmly!
Skates & Session Times
Your session on the ice is 45 minutes and begins on the hour. For example if your booking is at 12pm this is when you will go on the ice so you need to be ready! We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early to park up, check in and get those skates on!
Skate hire is included in the price and we offer skates from an EU 26 (UK 8.5) to and EU 50 (UK 14). You're welcome to bring your own skates!
